This all started when one of my friends asked another the question, “Why does Mike leave church during the last hymn.” I love these guys and meet with both of them once a week for coffee. But when word got back to me about the inquiry, I shrugged it off. I think it’s because I decided I didn’t know why, when in truth I did, but didn’t want to talk about it.
